​Cindy joined the Smiles By Design team in 2004 as a dental receptionist and became Practice Administrator in 2012. Cindy has previous career experience in medical administrative and insurance billing, retail and banking. She assists our patients with their treatment plans, insurance pre-determination of benefits and finance options. Cindy's willingness to multi-task makes a valuable staff member for patients care in both the clinical and front office areas.
